Jess is a writer with a background in policing, where she investigated sudden death and murder. Now a full-time traveller and house and pet sitter, she writes both crime fiction and travel pieces inspired by the people she meets and the places she explores. She is the author of Hide & Seek, and The Housesitter’s Guide to the Galaxy, and is Senior Editor at Nomad Magazine.
